Frank Scott Scott joined Halpern Enterprises as the Development Director in 2003. He began his real estate career in 1989 and worked for Bailey & Associates, Galen Kilburn & Company and then as a Partner with The Sofran Group for more than 12 years. He has developed numerous Neighborhood, Community and Power Center shopping centers with anchors including: Publix, Kroger, Target, Lowes, Winn-Dixie, etc. in Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee and Kentucky.

Frank graduated from the University of Florida. He is also a Georgia Real Estate Broker, Proprietor of Scottco Real Estate Services and a Private Pilot. He is actively involved with the Latin American Association and serves on its Fundraising Committee and various other programs including the youth camp and citizenship programs. Additionally, Frank is a member of Sacred Heart Church and participates with programs to assist children and families in poverty stricken areas in Central America. Frank enjoys biking, golf, studying Spanish and traveling.
