Lisa Loften serves as Chief Financial Officer for Halpern Enterprises, Inc. and holds both CPA (Certified Public Accountant) and CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) professional certifications. Her financial career of more than 20 years has primarily been in commercial real estate, including ten years with Halpern and four years as Controller for Regency Realty/Branch Properties. She also worked for several years in public accounting with Arthur Andersen & Co.

She is a graduate of Auburn University and has lived in Atlanta since 1987, where she has become actively involved in the community. She is Past-President of the Board of Directors of Genesis Shelter and volunteers regularly with several organizations including Kate's Club, Children's Healthcare of Atlanta, Cool Girls and other programs aimed at helping children. Her professional affiliations include the Georgia Society of CPA's and International Council of Shopping Centers, among others.
